Physical contact with this character? Go for it! Although Cy might reaction badly or just not react at all.
Flirting with this character? Go for it.
Orientation? Pan/Switch; typically more dominate with women.
Fighting with this character? Go ahead and start a fight.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity)? Anyone that knows me knows I love to injure my characters. As long as they're minor injuries it's cool, anything big will need to be discussed first. Mostly likely I'll say yes. He does heal at an accelerate rate so there's that to keep in mind.
Killing this character? Discuss this with me first but honestly it won't be easy.
Hacking? Cy is pretty decent with filters and stuff but he's no skilled hacker so anyone that's good at hacking might be able to crack his stuff (unless he's using someone else's filters). But please, ask first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character? Cy is somewhat telepathic/empathic thanks to his Mesmer ability, because of this it can be kind of hard for people to pick up on his thoughts/emotions. That's not to say it's impossible it just mind be a little jumbled, like a scrambled signal. But please ask first.
Can my character know yours?? No.

Cyril is a vampire and has a few abilities that need permission before use. One of which is Mesmer, the ability to influence others thoughts and actions as well as alter memories. His Mesmer also grants him the ability to pick up on thoughts and emotions from others while looking at them (only while face to face). Another is Supernatural Detection which allows him to tell if someone is something other than human, although he won't know exactly what they are and this ability doesn't always seem to work. Also, as a vampire he needs blood to survive and while he's not big on feeding off of people he may resort to it so...
